The Geopolitics of the Iranian Population After the Twelve-Day War

The military conflict engaged by Israel against Iran, the twelve-day war of June 2025, opposed states of very unequal demographic size. Viewed in these terms, David challenged Goliath. Was Israel really at a demographic disadvantage in this conflict? An analysis in terms of the geopolitics of populations provides some answers to this question.
